Congratulations You’re Getting Married!

Hi, I’m Sarah… and I have been lucky enough to be a marriage celebrant in Port Douglas and Palm Cove for over ten years.

My husband and I had been coming to Port Douglas for years to escape southern winters, so we finally packed up the car and moved from Sydney with one child eighteen years ago. We have since added to the fold with another child, an untrainable kelpie who hates water, an unfinished reno and a deep love for the community and surrounds of Far North Queensland.

Becoming a celebrant felt like a natural extension of my love for the tropics and its people. Over the years, I've had the privilege of sharing in countless love stories, each one as unique and beautiful as the couples themselves. From intimate beach ceremonies to grand celebrations amidst swaying palms, to couples returning years later to renew their vows.

I have shared in more happy moments than most experience in their lifetime and for that I am grateful!
